Job Description

Location: Milenio Plant (Irapuato)
Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
Start Date: 1st May - 1st June
Duration: 12-18 months
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
Profile: Active college student in any Engineering field (Chemical, Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related)

Qualifications: Graduation date must be between June 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.

  • Identification and definition of losses at the regional level.

  • Management of projects within the manufacturing sector.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality assurance processes.

Job Qualifications

 Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Familiarity with quality assurance software and platforms

Soft Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork

  • Leadership abilities

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Programming in SQL
