The Role
As an intern in the Label Plant team, you will support the digitalization and standardization of documentation and checklists related to the expansion of label production capacity. This project aims to reduce operational overload, minimize thermo-printing and color errors, and enable scalable documentation for future lines.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Migrate and standardize checklists into digital formats using SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Document new labels, including specifications, RLs, and approval workflows.
- Update SOPs and color matrices (Pantone codes, tolerances).
- Support change control and version traceability.
- Collect process data and prepare dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for KPIs such as OEE, scrap, and rework.
- Assist in testing to mitigate thermo-printing and color errors.
