Position Overview: As an Engineering Intern (for Quality Team), you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to support and lead smaller improvement projects aimed at enhancing our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find root-causes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for optimization and verification of solutions.
- Support the design and testing of new processes or modifications to existing processes.
- Document project progress, findings, and results.
- Present project updates and final results to the engineering team and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
