The MBE AI Strategy & Enablement team drives engineering productivity and operational excellence across Marvell’s Software & Firmware Division. We define and track the metrics that matter - from developer efficiency to lifecycle impact - providing leadership with the insights needed to make high-confidence decisions at scale. Our work touches every major engineering function, giving you a front-row seat to how data shapes strategy across a global organization.

What You Can Expect

  • Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Jira dashboards, and other internal reporting systems.

  • Support sprint and delivery reporting (velocity, burn-down, throughput/flow, defect trends, scope changes) and help with periodic rollups.

  • Assist with program tracking dashboards (milestones, status, risks, dependencies) for key initiatives.

  • Support AI initiative tracking dashboards (PoC → pilot → production), including basic metrics such as adoption/usage, cost, latency, and quality signals (where available).

  • Perform data validation checks, resolve basic data issues, and coordinate with data owners/IT/Jira admins as needed.

  • Write and maintain simple documentation for dashboards (data sources, definitions, refresh cadence).

  • Help automate repeatable reporting tasks and reduce spreadsheet-based reporting.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience (internships/co-ops count) in analytics, BI, reporting, or operations roles.

  • Basic proficiency with Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) and building clear dashboards/visuals.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and basic transformations.

  • Familiarity with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards) and basic Agile concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data platforms and building datasets for reporting.

  • Python for light automation/data processing.

  • Exposure to product/AI metrics (adoption, cost, performance) and how they’re tracked.

  • Experience supporting reporting for multi-team engineering organizations.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

79,740 - 119,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
