This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development opportunities across various engineering functions. What you’ll do as Engineering Graduate – Mechanical/Electrical:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Day to day operation & maintenance.

  • Support maintenance and reliability improvement activities.

  • Participate in equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

  • Analyze technical data and prepare engineering reports.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.

  • Develop technical knowledge through structured training and mentorship.

  • Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures, and project updates.

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering (Recent Graduate)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance principles, and engineering fundamentals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is an advantage

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment

  • English and French language proficiency
