The Director of Engineering will lead the design and development of next-generation MBG products while building a strong, engaged engineering team. This role is responsible for driving a focused, execution-oriented development organization that delivers high-quality boats to market on time and ready for production.

Maverick Boat Group is known for building top-tier fishing boats across its portfolio of brands, including Maverick, Hewes, Pathfinder, and Cobia.
