Supervise all facets of production operations including staffing, scheduling, training, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Drive productivity and efficiency using lean practices, enforce policies, handle hazardous materials safely, maintain reports and work instructions, and develop team members to meet production targets.

Lead end-to-end product development for next-generation boats, drive execution against milestones, strengthen engineering-production handoffs, build a high-performing team, improve manufacturability and quality, and partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to deliver production-ready products on time.

Leads the organization’s quality strategy and Quality Management System across product development, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer experience. Oversees APQP, FMEA, control plans, process controls, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, warranty investigations, and regulatory compliance. Drives Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, defect and warranty cost reduction, manufacturing readiness, and customer satisfaction while mentoring quality teams and partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Customer Service.

Lead process optimization for boat manufacturing by designing and improving process flow, implementing new equipment and procedures, driving continuous improvement and Kaizen events, managing capital projects, documenting SOPs/work instructions, analyzing production and quality data, mentoring supervisors, and supporting production startups and audits.
