Provides day-to-day HR partnership for production and professional teams, including employee relations, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, coaching, training, engagement, compliance, accommodations, benefits education, and HR analytics. Partners with leaders to resolve employee issues, support leadership capability, and align people strategies with business objectives in office and production environments.

Lead plant quality activities for wiring harnesses and tower assemblies, supervise process auditors, drive root-cause investigations (8D/A3/5 Whys), implement CAPA, maintain control plans and LPAs, reduce scrap/rework/COPQ, support supplier and customer quality, and lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects to stabilize processes and improve product quality.

Lead end-to-end product development for next-generation boats, drive execution against milestones, strengthen engineering-production handoffs, build a high-performing team, improve manufacturability and quality, and partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to deliver production-ready products on time.

Lead process optimization for boat manufacturing by designing and improving process flow, implementing new equipment and procedures, driving continuous improvement and Kaizen events, managing capital projects, documenting SOPs/work instructions, analyzing production and quality data, mentoring supervisors, and supporting production startups and audits.
