We are looking for a hands-on QA expert with proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reducing defects and improving overall efficiency and productivity.
In addition, highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures and quality methodologies to support development and release of business applications in the international geographically dispersed company.
What You Will Own?
- Lead the Quality Agenda within the scrum teams
- Sign Off on feature/release readiness
- Drive, execute and expand Maven End-to-End testing and monitoring strategy
- Define quality methodologies and standards
What You Need for Success?
- At least 5 years mobile QA experience with a deep understanding of quality and processes
- Deep Understanding of development lifecycle in SCRUM (Agile) world
- Comfortable working with iOS and Android
- Knowledge of manual testing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong analysis & problem-solving skills
- BSC. In computer science - Advantage
