As an Application Engineer, you will create and automate to verify software works across a wide variety of customer applications and software versions. You will assist with testing software and write code to automate tests. You will help our support teams with customer escalations.

- Create and automate test environments
- Improve automated product testing
- Work with support teams on complex customer escalations
Experiences and skills you have...
- Previously worked in a customer facing role (IT, technical support, customer success, sales engineering) where you helped customers use software to solve a business problem.
- Previous experience investigating software problems that do not happen frequently.
- Previous experience administering Windows and macOS environments
