- Plans, coordinates, and directs maintenance & facilities program designed to ensure continuous production of products.
- Maintain and ensure all equipment and facilities environment in good working condition and safe to all employees.
2. JOB CONTENT
- Ensure safety precautions being followed and maintain good housekeeping environment.
- Ensure all sub-ordinates adhere to guidelines and company rules.
- Ensure monthly machine uptime achieve designated target.
- Monitor and report department KPI’s in timely basis, put in place action plan when achievement deviates from designated target.
- Plan, coordinate and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Plan and ensure periodically (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) preventive maintenance schedule being executed.
- Oversee spare part inventory management.
- Planning for “Job requisition” to be completed on time.
- Support for any modification/requisition related to machinery, “Job requisition” during new model launch.
- Liaise and follow up with supplier/vendor and other department for any project, spare part, modification involvement.
- Perform tasks assigned by superior.
- Ensure requirement for ISO being followed. (e.g., calibration, documentation)
- Support another department to achieve departmental KPI's upon needed.

Education / Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Electronic Engineering or comparable.
