The RoleThe candidate for this role will create and develop eLearning modules for AspenTech software solutions. It is key to collaborate with cross functional teams globally to gather content and conduct technical reviews. The responsibilities also include editing audio and video tracks while adhering to eLearning development processes.Your Impact- Responsible for creating new eLearning modules in English for industry leading AspenTech software solutions.
- Work cooperatively with the global eLearning team, Project Management and Customer Support & Training teams on collecting raw materials, developing content and conducting technical review.
- Create online training content/packages, including editing audio and video tracks.
- Adhere to standard processes such as development process life cycle, version control, and quality procedures.
- Participate in other training related projects and assignments as required.
- Be a strong team player.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering related major.
- 0~2 years working experience in chemicals/refining industry or producing content for education/training.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Familiar with latest eLearning technologies like LMS, MOOC, SCORM, Python.
- Passionate about education and digital learning.
- Demonstrated history of working well in groups in a matrix environment.
- Quick learner and embracing changes.
