The Role

Job Description:Provisioning IDs requires the person in this role to coordinate with various groups across the enterprise. Creating an accurate request to send to these groups and ultimately following up with them is essential. To this end the person must be extremely detail oriented to ensure accurate completion of the request.
The person must be customer service oriented. User Administration provides support to not only internal users and developers but also to the Guardian agencies. The person must be able to support users with various levels of system knowledge (ex. User Administration provides support to the entire enterprise-from system administrators to agency staff). User Administration is routinely asked to provide security support of new or existing applications. They must be willing to learn new systems on various platforms.
The User Administration group is the first point of contact in creating security access to users. Failure to have a detail oriented, customer service driven associate in this position will result in lost productivity and possibly lost revenue.Qualifications:

Experience : 2 -4 yrs

Location : Chennai(preferred)

Shift timings : 12pm – 9pm & 2.30pm to 11.30pm (rotational Shift)

Notice period : Immediate – 30 days

Primary Skill – Access Management, Identity Management & Active Directory.

Good to have skill – Tivoli Identity

Competencies & Principal Accountabilities /Skills:

  • Requires expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management Technologies’ Concepts, Identity products like AD, Experience working with end users for authentication and MFA issues
  • Identity Governance Administration concepts, Identity Management, Access Management
  • Ability to manage a business population with varying levels of understanding on Identity & Access Management
  • Experience with the administration, operations support, engineering support of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions in a high-volume production environment
  • Active Directory Services /Tivoli Identity Manager (IBM Tivoli),Power Shell Scripts, Application Integration concepts, SailPoint IIQ
  • Strong experience in Infrastructure access control, Compliance manager
  • Strong experience in access life cycle management, password management, Role Base Access Control-RBAC
  • Excellent customer focus to support a positive customer service climate, is a must
  • Excellent analytical skills to properly plan, test, and fully maintain General user accounts, Service, Admin & application accounts
  • Provision internal and external user ID requests and ensure access to all systems have been granted
  • Provide technical support to end users both internal and external and accurately provision user access
  • Excellent business communication and documentation skill
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills using MS Excel to perform data analysis.

Skills and Knowledge: (Identify core competencies, key specialties, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired end results.)

Must have 2+ years' experience as a IAM Analyst

Education and Experience: (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results.)

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or 4 years bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in IAM-Active Directory, Mainframe, Client/Server, and Web Based environments, including experience with security front end systems such as RACF and LDAP or an equivalent in education and work experience.
