Job Title- Workday– Associate - HR IT
Location- Bengaluru
Job Summary: As a Workday Associate with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday environment. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the effective functioning of Workday modules, support end-users, and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Workday system, including user access, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements for new features and system enhancements.
- Generate and analyze reports to assist HR leadership in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay current on Workday updates and best practices, contributing to ongoing system improvements.
Skills and experience
2-5 years of Workday hands on Experience.
Good hands on in Core HCM with at least one of the advance functional modules (compensation/ Recruiting/Time Tracking/ Absence Management / Payroll/ Talent / Performance) along with Basic Security and Workday Reporting
OR
Good hands on in Workday Integrations along with strong Workday Studio and Advance Reporting knowledge.
Good to have,
