This position reports to:
Project Engineer__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

- Unlock N possibilities: Within 12 months, deeply understand the entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, and verify your interest direction through real projects. Reject "assembly-line" growth.
- Double experience bonus: Senior mentors provide 1v1 coaching, and regularly drop "career secrets" - from technical difficulties to cross-departmental communication strategies. Provide all-round support to accelerate growth and help you become an industry expert.

Qualifications for the role
- Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone.
