Introduction
To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements/
Your Role
To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage.
Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.
1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage.
Process Flow/Runsheet Integration
ET & Data Analysis and issue debugging
Understanding SPC and FA techniques
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Strong yield analysis and correlation skills.
Experiences in process integration will be an advantage.
Experience in device development or new technology introduction and certification will be an advantage.
