Key Responsibilities• Own assigned Reliability Lab processes from qualification, implementation. Support reliability processes such as Temperature Cycling (TC), HAST/uHAST, THB/THS, HTS, Preconditioning/Reflow, Burn-In/HTOL and CSAM.• Monitor process performance and identify variation, excursions, bottlenecks and process gaps.• Lead, guide and develop technicians in daily process execution, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, ensuring consistent process performance and strong technical capability.• Lead structured root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for reliability process issues.• Improve quality, turnaround time, productivity and process capability through continuous improvement.• Develop error-proofing and process controls to minimize operational and process errors.• Analyze reliability/process data to identify trends and support data-driven decision making.• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvement.• Work closely with Operations, Equipment, Quality, Product and other engineering teams on qualification and issue resolution.• Proactively take ownership of new responsibilities and challenges, demonstrating a strong growth mindset and continuous learning.• Establish and maintain process specifications, SOPs, process parameters, control plans and reaction plans.• Ensure processes meet applicable quality, safety, audit and compliance requirements.
Qualifications• Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.• Understanding in semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes• Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical problems into clear actions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of semiconductor reliability and qualification processes, such as TC, HAST/Bake/Soak/Reflow/HTS, Burn-In/HTOL and CSAM.
- Ability to lead, guide and develop technicians, provide clear technical direction, coordinate process activities, and drive effective execution and problem resolution.
- Experience with RCA, 5M1E, FMEA, DOE and risk assessment.
- Experience in equipment and processing qualification / validation.
- Ability to analyze process data and identify trends, abnormalities and improvement opportunities.
- AI & Programming: Working knowledge of AI and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, with basic Python and/or SQL. With ability to identify opportunities where AI, automation or digitalization can improve process quality, productivity and TAT.
- Automation & Data Visualization: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to automate manual workflows, develop dashboards and improve data-driven decision making.
- Strong process ownership with the ability to clearly articulate what, why and how.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and risks, rather than only executing established procedures.
