Business & Team:
The CBA technology unit delivers the best digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers and to do so is responsible for digital delivery, group data and analytics, technology and technology infrastructure, cyber, fraud, physical security and business resilience for all divisions across CBA. It is also dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for our over 53.000 people across CBA and focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and empower our people to achieve more for our customers. BB Technology Digital partners with our BB Digital Domain to drive the transformation of Digital Experiences. Together we hold end-to-end accountability for the CommBiz Digital channel and the Business Banking experience in the CommBank App and Netbank. Our goal is to transform our channels to be market leading, driving customer advocacy to achieve +30 NPS and increase commercial outcomes -supporting revenue uplift across all product lines and driving cost efficiencies in the delivery of Business Banking products.

You will report to the Lead Engineer within Business Banking Technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage.
- Contribute to the technical design for system enhancements.
- Implement features following the guidance of senior members of the team.
- Provide technical assistance to non-technical members of the team.
- Exhibit problem-solving mindset with focus on test automation.
- Work well with different team members whilst practicing knowledge sharing and T-shaping.
- Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within own team
Essential Skills:
- 3-7 years of industry experience as a full stack engineer
- .NET core, REST APIs, Microservices
- Unit Testing
- React /Nextjs
- C# with good knowledge of OOPS concepts
- Git Good To Have
- CI/CD pipelines
- Databases: Either of the relational databases like MSSQL / Oracle, and/or any No-SQL database like MongoDB.
- AWS knowledge (ECS fargate, S3, LB, Route 53)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
