This role is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The Engineer, Software will contribute to backend services, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based capabilities supporting T-Mobile's core customer platforms, including capabilities such as churn prevention, lifecycle management, and fraud, while collaborating with engineering teams to understand system protocols, data flows, technology interactions, and architecture decisions. The team develops new business capabilities while modernizing platforms and improving reliability and resiliency across systems that support important customer and business experiences.
This position independently develops software solutions while participating in broader technical design, architecture, and technology strategy discussions appropriate to the role. Success is measured by the ability to deliver effective technical solutions, produce clear documentation, collaborate across teams, and contribute innovative ideas that improve systems, engineering efficiency, and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements, including backend services, APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Java/Spring Boot or Python.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies.
