Job Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in Transmission Systems (Hybrids and eDrives), with a focus on the design and development of Gearbox for automotive applications. The ideal applicant should have an extensive knowledge of Gearbox and its complete architecture.
Major Responsibilities:
Good knowledge on Gearbox Architecture of eDrive, AWD/4WD.
Understanding on Sub modules like Parklock, Decoupler, eLSD, Shift Unit, Clutches, Oil Pumps, Sensors and Actuators
Understanding of Lubrication/Cooling, NVH, Durability/Reliability, EMC, Thermal Management
DVP , Test-Management, Measurement technology of Gearbox
System level understanding of eDrive, AWD/4WD.
Understanding on Driving Dynamics.
Know how o the efficiency calculation and functional simulation
Skills and competencies:
Engineering Processes IATF 16949; PPAP / VDA2; APQP / VDA 4.3
Problem Solving Methods
Automotive Spice (ASPICE). Knowledge base for ISO 15504 (SPICE)
Functional Safety ISO 26262
FMEA
Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management
Intellectual Properties (IP)

Educational Qualifications:
Well-founded technical education (university degree) in one of the following disciplines - Mechanical / electrical / automotive / control engineering or mechatronics
Work experience:
3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.

- Experience with gearbox architecture for eDrive and AWD/4WD systems

- Knowledge of Engineering processes: IATF 16949, PPAP/VDA2, APQP/VDA 4.3
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) / ISO 15504
