Track and Report Requirement Status
Part of DFMEA, PFMEA and RISC analysis
Part of Concern Management
Check of Preferred parts Process and Tracking
Pre-fill of Design Review Documents
Tolerance Stacks 1D-
Perform 1-dimensional stack up analysis to determine proper clearance, distance and engagement variation using assigned dimensional tolerances with statistical considerations by using PE.21 Stack Up Analysis Form (xls- based)
Ballooning of Drawings-
Creation of ballooned drawings
Skills and competencies:
Expert knowledge to create and edit drawings in CATIA
Expert Knowledge of GD&T
Skills in automotive gearbox & mechatronics
Base Knowledge of ANSI, SAE, QS-9000/TS16949 and other industry/customer related standards.
Base knowledge in Failure Mode Effect Analysis technics (DFMEA)
Understanding of 8D or other problem-solving techniques
Knowledge about Requirements EngineeringProcess
Knowledge about Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process
Competence about Ballooning of Drawings or about Ballooning tools (Inspection Xpert) warm welcome
Educational Qualifications:
University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or similar domain with a specialization in mechanical or electrical systems.
Work experience:
3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.
Tools knowledge:
Necessary: CATIA V5 + ENOVIA
Beneficial: - Requirement Engineering tool (PTC-Windchill); Ballooning tool (Inspection Xpert); PLM and 3DCS –3D tolerancing tool
