Job Description
Engineer in Training (EIT) program is a program to introduce our employees to the Rockwell Automation technologies. EIT is a 16-week-long training program focused on the technical and professional development of our early careers.
You'll be able to:
- Work with real equipment, different products, and applications.
- Get to know Rockwell Automation, its values, leadership, and what drives us.
- Get to know your peers and start building your network and personal brand.
- Face challenges in a safe environment and feel the time pressure.
It is not just onboarding, it's ONBOARDING!
Your Responsibilities after the EIT:
- Support for customers and distributors in solving technical problems related to Rockwell Automation products (via telephone, chat, and email) in different teams.
- Simulation and analysis of issues reported by users in the laboratory.
- Document technical solutions and best practices.
- Cooperation with technical teams and customer service.
- Continuous improvement in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
- Participation in on-site projects about 20% a year
- You will report to EMEA RSS Shared Labor Supervisor
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor degree in Automation / Electronics / IT
- Authorization to work in Poland
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Graduates of Automation / Electronics / IT
- or ~1+ years of experience in automation control systems programming and implementation.
- Knowledge of Drives Technology.
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Knowledge in motion Technology.
- Use technical documentation
- Very good written and spoken English and Polish
Your additional advantages:
- A Cisco / Microsoft certificate will be an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken Polish or other European language.
- Technical education or experience in a similar position.
- Customer service experience.
