Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, manage document control and change management, plan and support internal/external/customer audits, lead corrective/preventive actions, coordinate management review, deliver QMS training, ensure ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, improve, and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate document control and change management processes.
  • Plan, execute, and support internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Lead corrective and preventive action (RCCA/8D) activities and verify their effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
  • Experience planning and coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Knowledge of document control and quality system administration.
  • Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
  • VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor certification.
  • Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
  • Experience with 8D, RCCA, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
