Support and work closely with the Research & Development site team to ensure the execution, implementation and maintenance of overall compliance at site level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support in execution, implementation and maintenance of the QMS at local R&D site including but not limited to the areas of: Documentation and Record Management, training management, audit management, lab control, non-conformance management and site reviews.
• Analyse data from various sources (Non-Conformances, Field Corrective Actions, Medical Device Reports, and Complaints) to drive decisions as needed.
• Utilize DMAIC tools to promote a disciplined non-conformance investigation approach and participate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)-related activities, including CAPA ownership if appropriate.
• Support R&D site during internal and external audits. Serve as an internal auditor if required.

Qualifications:

• Autonomy, organized and sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a global team.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative assessment skills and critical thinking skills in support of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience.
• Excellent spoken, written and read English

Education and/or Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in related field is preferred.
