Key Responsibilities
Work Process & Scope Compliance

•    Verify that site QA/QC processes follow the approved work process, method statements, mock-ups and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for every activity.
•    Audit field teams to ensure hold points and witness points are not bypassed and that required signoffs are obtained in sequence.
Quality Control Execution
•    Surveillance and monitoring, track, and close Inspection Requests (IRs/RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Site Issue Reports where the process or scope is not met.
•    Verify that site construction QA/QC maintain complete and accurate quality records, ITP signoffs, test packs, and turnover documentation.
Data Collation, Analysis & Reporting
•    Perform basic data crunching and analysis (e.g., NCR counts by trade/contractor/system, first-time-right rates, repeat-defect frequency, inspection pass/fail ratios, etc).
•    Identify emerging trends, recurring issues, and problem areas from the data, and flag them to the QA/QC Manager for action.
•    Prepare clear, data-supported daily/weekly quality reports, dashboards, and NCR statistics for the project location (Campus Level).
•    Capture and document lessons learned at project level and feed them into the database for sharing across projects.
Commissioning & Critical Systems Compliance
•    Verify that L1–L5 commissioning activities (FAT, SAT, pre-functional, functional, IST) are executed per the approved commissioning process.
•    Confirm installation quality and process compliance for UPS, generators, switchgear, busway, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, cooling distribution, and fire detection/suppression.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•    3–6 years of QA/QC experience in construction; data center, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive projects strongly preferred.
•    Working knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, work-process compliance, commissioning, defects management and quality documentation systems.
•    Competence in data handling and analysis using Excel (pivot tables, charts) or equivalent tools; familiarity with dashboards a plus.
•    Familiarity with ISO 9001 and relevant construction/data center standards.
•    Certifications (preferred): CQI/CSWIP, NDT, CWI, CxA, or equivalent.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and quality/document control platforms (ACC, Procore, Aconex, BIM 360).

Competencies
Attention to detail, field inspection and audit discipline, analytical mindset, firm enforcement of process and scope under schedule pressure, and effective communication across multidisciplinary site teams.  Comfortable to be based on-site.
