Brief Job Description:
The DCE Product Engineering BU Team is seeking a Product Engineer responsible for driving new product evaluations and development, data analysis, qualification activities, and compliance with all product requirements. The role also ensures the delivery of high-quality and reliable product releases. Additional responsibilities include:
- Work with Design and Test Engineering in evaluating products functionality and performance in various stages of product development
- Work with Design, Reliability, Quality, Failure Analysis, including Assembly and Fab Engineers during product qualifications
- Cradle to grave ownership of products that includes being the working with Test Manufacturing Engineering in sustaining the parts, including providing BU representation on Material Review Board material risk assessments and disposition, providing Design of Experiments, analysis/reviews and recommendations for issue resolutions that results to material dispositions and product improvements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Product Testing, Statistical Tools (i.e JMP, Exensio), Failure Analysis and Debug Techniques
- Proficient in using Teradyne and Eagle Testers including C++, C#, VB, LabView Programming is an advantage
- Proficient with bench equipment such as Oscilloscopes, source meters, signal generators and the likes
- Strong Project Management, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, service-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Reliable and dedicated with the ability to work individually and in a cross-functional team
- Detailed, assertive, and flexible
