About the Role:

As an Associate Engineer in Product Engineering for Product Development within our Automotive division, you’ll play a hands-on role in new product introduction, yield/cost improvement, characterization, and manufacturing readiness for innovative automotive semiconductor products. You’ll work closely with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, high-quality product launches and sustained production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with test, characterization, and data analysis for automotive products.
  • Support root cause investigations on yield, quality, and reliability issues, documenting findings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with test and manufacturing teams to resolve technical problems and improve product manufacturability.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project decisions.
  • Help prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply industry standards, best practices, and quality requirements (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) in daily work.
  • Participate in process improvement and cost reduction projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, test methodologies, and data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Internship or project experience in automotive, semiconductor, or electronics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a plus.
