Are you ready to take on a role where you combine product ownership with project leadership? Join us as an Engineer, Product and Internal Project, and play a key role in driving product performance, quality, and cost competitiveness. You will work at the heart of product development and internal project execution, collaborating with global teams and local stakeholders. In this position, you contribute to new product localization, technology transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring successful project delivery. You will directly influence both product success and operational excellence at the Changzhou plant. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Drive new product localization and support technology transfer projects through cross-functional coordination and technical communication. 

  • Follow up product cost, analyze cost structures, and work with internal teams to improve competitiveness and reach cost targets. 

  • Provide technical support to sales, project teams, and customers, including concept reviews and solution optimization. 

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, engineering alignment, and production readiness. 

  • Coordinate internal project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure successful delivery. 

Expectations for you 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field. 

  • More than 7 years of experience with strong understanding of product functionality, operation, and troubleshooting. 

  • Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional and virtual teams. 

  • Systematic thinking with strong documentation and problem-solving skills. 

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
