- Develop, document, and maintain standardized global engineering processes, templates, procedures, workflows, and best practices across disciplines.
- Lead the rollout of new or revised processes through training, change management, and communication efforts.
- Partner with the Director of Program Management & PMO to align engineering processes with program delivery, business objectives, and organizational strategy.
- Establish and maintain process governance, including version control, approvals, audits, and compliance tracking.
- Evaluate current state engineering workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, or inconsistencies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and predictability.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to ensure processes support innovation while maintaining technical rigor and regulatory requirements.
- Develop process metrics and dashboards to monitor performance, adoption, and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for engineering process-related inquiries and improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits related to engineering processes, quality, or certifications as applicable.
- Works closely with PMO and site administrator in development and maintenance of McLaren Launchpad
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, engineering operations, process improvement, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes, from concept through pursuit, design, review, and launch.
- Experience developing and documenting processes, procedures, and standards in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, identify root causes, and implement practical improvements.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and organizational levels.
