Develop, implement, test, validate, and support manufacturing software solutions using IoT data. Define requirements with development teams and factory stakeholders, implement functionality, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, gather user feedback, and support deployment and adoption of LMES and LMMS systems across manufacturing facilities.

Designs new mechanical products, components, and systems while improving existing products. Responsibilities include resolving production and field issues, improving manufacturability, investigating BOM and machine-function problems, creating drawings and design changes, supporting prototypes and validation, reducing costs, and documenting projects. The role collaborates with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams and applies mechanical design, GD&T, DFMEA, welding, fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Skyjack’s Elevate telematics platform and connected products. Lead cross-functional global teams, coordinate technology providers, define product requirements, monitor adoption and performance, and engage customers and users. Manage API integrations, data and cybersecurity considerations, product packaging, pricing, launches, demonstrations, and training. Apply knowledge of connected equipment, CAN bus data, cloud applications, and fleet technology to improve customer value and platform reliability.
