We are seeking an
experienced and skilled Engineer to join our Operations team at
LogicLadder. As an Engineer, Operations, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our
cloud-based sustainability management platform, You will be
responsible for maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure,
ensuring high availability, and implementing best practices for
reliability and scalability.
Primary
responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide technical
support and troubleshooting to customers, including responding
to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and implementing
solutions
- Conduct quality
assurance testing on new software releases and updates to
ensure product reliability and performance
- Develop and deliver
training programs to educate customers on the effective use of

the product and engineering teams to integrate the

systems and workflows
- Analyze customer

Requirements

troubleshooting
Good to have: - Experience
with cloud-based software platforms and enterprise-level
applications
- Knowledge
of sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and
environmental management systems.
