We're looking for a Quality Engineer to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

You'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence by monitoring quality systems, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping build a culture of quality throughout the organization. Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing quality with strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Self-directed with a strong focus on quality, consumer protection, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and present clear, data-driven insights
  • Strong ability to read part drawings and utilize measurement tools
  • Advanced ability to interpret technical documentation, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced)
  • Deep working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (SPC, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process mapping, root cause analysis)

Essential Functions | Accountabilities | Performance Measures

  • Drive execution of quality-related initiatives and project work plans
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate process metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Lead or contribute significantly to KAIZEN events, 8D problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide technical guidance and support on quality tools, systems, and best practices
  • Serve as a key partner in cross-functional efforts to address product and process quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards and regulations
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of defects and process variation; implement sustainable improvements
  • Support and guide process validations and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, Customer Service, Sales, and Quality teams
  • Apply statistical methods to analyze complex data and inform decision-making
  • Develop and refine process controls to ensure product and specification compliance
  • Support ongoing development and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead or contribute to investigations related to CAPAs, non-conformances, and audit observations
  • Evaluate quality systems and processes to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and reliability
  • Ensure adherence to product specifications and recommend improvements where appropriate
  • Support supplier quality activities in collaboration with Procurement and Supplier Development
  • Perform audits, inspections, and testing as required
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Travel Required: Up to 10% travel for customer and supplier support

Skills Required
