Responsibilities include analyzing defects and process variation, conducting root cause investigations, implementing CAPAs, supporting audits and validations, developing process controls, monitoring quality metrics, maintaining the QMS, and collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams. The role also applies statistical methods, leads Kaizen and 8D activities, ensures regulatory and GMP compliance, and supports product and process quality improvements.

Coordinate international import shipments from overseas suppliers and shippers through customs clearance and delivery to distribution centers. Manage import documentation in NetSuite, verify HTS codes and duty rates, coordinate customs brokers and freight forwarders, negotiate freight costs, generate shipping reports, monitor regulations, and improve standard operating procedures. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Leads cross-functional sales operations projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, improving processes, and supporting operational excellence. Develops project plans, timelines, risk assessments, dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.
