Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations Support
- Support day-to-day Metallization and Probe manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate issue resolution to minimize production impact.
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support capacity ramp and production readiness activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive productivity, cycle time, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
Project & Site Readiness
- Support new equipment, facility, and production ramp projects.
- Coordinate operational readiness activities for new manufacturing areas.
- Participate in cross-functional project execution and milestone tracking.
Quality & Compliance
- Support quality initiatives and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Systems & Data Analysis
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
- Support manufacturing system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
Qualifications
Required
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, process engineering, quality engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain functions.
- Knowledge of MES, SAP, Power BI, SQL, or automation-related systems.
- Project management experience is a plus.
