Job Description:Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting
• Contribute into the initial coding estimates.
• Support the team in project planning activities and in evaluating risks.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.
Design
• Understand assigned detailed (LLD) design and do code developmentQualifications:
- Good Experience in providing maintenance support for laptop breakfix
- Excellent understanding on Windows Operating systems, Active Directory
- Good understanding on MAC Operating systems and JAMF
- Good experience in handling\managing IT Assets
- Good experience in troubleshooting Hardware related issues
- Good understanding on Virtual Desktops such as AWS Workspace and Azure VD
- Good troubleshooting knowledge on Microsoft Office products
- Experience in handling IT Helpdesk calls
- Experience in working on any ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow
- Good communication skills
- Experience in supporting AV devices
- Ready to work in 24*5 rotational shift (Monday through Friday)
