Responsibilities
- Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
- Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and downtime trends.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and upgrades.
- Work closely with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Must Have
- Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.

- Willingness to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Internship or project experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly processes.
