What You'll Do
- Support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in production line balancing, layout improvements, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and OEE.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in investigating production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily production activities and improvement projects.
- Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing improvement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement concepts.
- Familiarity with time studies, process mapping, and production analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
