FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD
Requirements- B.S. in Engineering or an Engineering discipline and at least five years of relevant experience, of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least two of those years must be specifically related to air platforms or ground mobile communications, no allowable degree substitutions
- Demonstrated experience leading tasks that apply C5ISR engineering techniques, principles and precedents to plan, design, develop, test, and supervise production and fabrication
- Demonstrated experience reviewing obsolete drawings, equipment, parts, or components to accomplish reverse engineering to validate data and produce replicas or modernizations
- Demonstrated experience evaluating performance and reliability of prototypes or first articles tests, and recommending changes
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, applying engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures and making recommendations for design alternatives
- Demonstrated experience planning and performing verifications and analysis and compiling, analyzing, and reporting test data results
- Experience providing services to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)
- Electrical engineering degree is preferred
