Lead an Engineering Program Management effort supporting a NIWC Pacific project. Oversee systems engineers, software developers, trainers, and analysts; coordinate with government program managers and technical leads; manage software development projects, engineering processes, integration workflows, and project execution from an on-site role.

Oversee scenario-based cryptologic training and course development for a Naval Information Warfare Center program. Manage training content maintenance and a distributed team supporting IWTC Corry Station and NIWTG locations.
