Responsible for maintaining and improving Die Attach / Die Bond equipment to ensure smooth production, high machine uptime, and product quality in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Die Attach / Die Bond machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive improvement activities.
- Support machine setup, qualification, and new product introductions (NPI).
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to achieve production targets.
- Analyze equipment data and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering.
- Experience with Die Attach / Die Bond equipment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D is an advantage.
