Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Investigate equipment failures and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Develop and enhance PM procedures, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and recovery activities to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze maintenance data and implement actions to improve MTBF, MTTR, and equipment uptime.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.
- Manage spare parts availability and inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements during maintenance activities.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
- Mentor technicians and support technical skill development within the maintenance team.

Skills Required
