Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with software engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable and efficient AI/ML systems.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support model development.
• Optimize model performance and scalability using best practices in scripting and automation.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in cloud or on-premises environments.
• Document technical designs, model architectures, and development processes. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support the enforcement of software development best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in the AI/ML industry.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python (required), and familiarity with others like Bash, or TCL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity or experience with FPGAs and VLSI flow.
• Understanding of hardware acceleration for machine learning workloads.
• Experience deploying models in production and monitoring their performance
