Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated NVM Circuitry Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and simulation of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) circuitry, with a focus on both analog and logic circuit simulation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative memory solutions for next-generation products. You can find the skill requirements for the role below:
- Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Knowledge
- Analog Circuitry design
- Background of semiconductor Physics and Logical Analytics
- Familiar with using circuit and analog simulation tools.
- Mainstream CAD knowledge
- Understanding the testing and silicon debug, system analysis are positive qualifications and a plus.
- Fluency in Vietnamese, English, others are plus.
- Professional ethic, teamwork
- No restriction to any country with Microchip’s presence
- % of Travel Required: 0-10%
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering. Semiconductor courses preferred.
- Schematic and layout entry (knowledge)
- Simulation tools (knowledge)
- Programming with Perl, tcl, Unix shell (knowledge. Good programming is valuable) is a plus
