How you will make an impact:
- Development and deployment of scalable and efficient AI/ML models both for prototyping purposes as well as for production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers, business leads) to define requirements and ideate solutions using AI/ML frameworks.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and demo prototypes or milestone updates when necessary.
- Follow existing tools, standards and architectural best practices to ensure quality and scalability of the software is preserved.
- Maintain, operate and provide technical support on the solutions that have been deployed into production.
- Drive research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure code and model development are well-documented and follow best engineering practices.

What you’ll need (Required)
- • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field, 2 years experience Software Development or Engineering demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations Required
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Cloud Infrastructure services for model deployment and data storage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.

- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
