Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.
The Opportunity
The Engineer - Identity Lifecycle Management is an entry-level position designed for individuals starting their career in identity lifecycle management. The role focuses on supporting SailPoint IIQ operations, performing QA testing, and resolving basic support tickets. This is an individual contributor role.
Working under guidance from senior developers. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift: [2:00 PM - 10:00 PM SLST, 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM CDT] with flexibility. Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.
Responsibilities:
Support & Troubleshooting: Triaging and resolving low-complexity tickets in the team’s queue
QA & Testing Support: Testing activities for new integrations, patches, and lifecycle changes
Development Support: Assisting with minor SailPoint IIQ configurations under guidance
Documentation & Learning: Documenting processes and actively build IAM knowledge
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
An advanced degree or IAM-related certifications
1–2+ years in IT or IAM (internships or coursework acceptable)
Exposure to Java, SQL, or scripting languages a plus
Must be eager to learn and grow into IAM development
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Team-oriented and detail-focused
