You work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience
How you will contribute
With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. As part of that planning process, you will conduct activities to generate the appropriate process information, using modelling, simulations, and pilot plant and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements. You will also plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning, technical risk assessments and create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications. In this role, you will assist in planning the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies, and manage stakeholders, making recommendations and influencing decisions based on analysis and interpretation of data. You will also create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.

More about this role
You assist in the planning, development and execution of capital projects, technical development, and feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the R&D Pilot Plant to support growth and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
The role supports capital and technical development project execution in Research & Development, you will lead installations and modifications on-site ensuring that work is carried out safely, with effective contractor management, and you will be accountable for the quality of the execution of projects following Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of new process technology that supports the technical learning plan and scale-up of growth and productivity projects, collaborating with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering standards are properly implemented in developments, in compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety policies.
Your Profile
