Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Engineer II, Systems Infrastructure support to join our team. This exceptional opportunity will enable you to work with advanced infrastructure systems, ensuring flawless operation and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide support to maintain our competitive edge.

Key responsibilities are:

· Ensure system security and data integrity

· Provide technical support and training to users

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

· Maintain detailed documentation of systems and procedures

· Collaborate with other engineers to deploy new technologies.

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Project Management, etc.) or relevant certification or relevant experience · 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

· Proven knowledge of networking, VPN, and remote access tools

· Knowledge of Azure AD, Exhange, and Microsoft OS & Tools

· Experience with ITSM tools and solutions, such as ServiceNow

· Understanding of SLA and KPI consistency and management

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work independently and multi-functionally

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Adaptability to changing technologies and client needs

· Fluent in English written and spoken.
