Job Description:
- Prepare and distribute product change notifications (PCN) to our external customers.
- Archive internal and external communication in databases and trackers that maybe used in audits and to manage our PCN Key Process Indicators (KPI).
- Ensure Microchip teams adhere to our quality system by approving manufacturing changes and referencing Microchip policy to applicable departments when applicable.
- Collaborate with Business Units (BU), operations, manufacturing review boards, and other departments to fully understand the changes we inform about in PCNs.
- Respond to and support PCN and Quality related queries from internal business units and field representatives who support our external customers.
- Manage projects intended to maintain or improve our quality and PCN systems.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).• Ability to work with minimum supervision.Preferred Skills• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills. Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge and skills in quality systems an added advantage.
• Facilitation skill and training skill.
• Basic knowledge on excel VBA/Programming or AI tools/technologies
Education and Experience
• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Good scholastic records with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
