Group Summary:Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n Engineer-Factory Design mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Fabriks- und Industrieplanung. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Planungsaufgaben im Automotive-Umfeld, wirkst an der Erstellung von Layout- und Gebäudemodellen mit und koordinierst Building Information Modelle (BIM) als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Generalplanung, internen Fachbereichen sowie Anlagenplaner_innen und Lieferant_innen.
Deine Aufgaben
- 2D-Layoutplanung und Fabriksplanung für industrielle Planungsaufgaben im Automotive-Umfeld
- Abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Planungspartner_innen und relevanten Schnittstellen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Gebäudemodellen unter Einsatz moderner BIM- und CAD-Tools
- Zusammenführung und Koordination von BIM-Modellen inklusive Abstimmung der Modelle unterschiedlicher Projektpartner_innen
- Durchführung von Kollisionsprüfungen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung notwendiger Abstimmungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Bautechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (HTL, FH oder TU)
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Industriebauten, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
- Sehr gute BIM- und Autodesk-Kenntnisse insbesondere in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Forma/ACC und Vault
- Erfahrung in der Modellkoordination sowie in der Abstimmung komplexer Planungsinhalte über mehrere Fachbereiche hinweg
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- Englischkenntnisse und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Slowenisch und/oder Chinesisch von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im Rahmen internationaler Projekte

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228 und € 4.355 brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.

Skills Required
- Completed technical education in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline through HTL, FH, or TU
- At least three years of professional experience planning industrial buildings, preferably in the automotive sector
- Very strong BIM and Autodesk knowledge, especially Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Forma or ACC, and Vault
- Experience with model coordination and aligning complex planning content across multiple departments
- Business-fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel for international projects
- Additional Slovenian and/or Chinese language skills
- Practical experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a comparable coordinating role in industrial or construction projects
- Structured, solution-oriented work style with strong quality, schedule, and cost awareness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
