As a Fab 16N (Miaoli Tongluo) Production engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will supervise, manage and lead a team of operators to meet production schedules, production standards, and operational costs to achieve production goals. You are responsible include :

• Supervise, manage, and lead a team of operators to meet production schedules, production standards, and operational cost targets in order to achieve overall production goals.
• Set clear expectations for team members, provide continuous performance feedback, and develop and implement improvement plans.
• Foster teamwork, build trust, and enhance employee engagement while recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
• Ensure all required training is effectively conducted and supported to meet site objectives.
• Establish and maintain clear, professional communication and strong engagement with peers, customers, team members, and management.
• Proactively drive actions to reduce quality-related deviations and ensure the production of the highest quality wafers.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of a work unit handling moderately complex tasks.
• Collaborate closely with management, engineering teams, and Aptina personnel to align and achieve company goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies (SIA scope).
• Interface with design engineering teams to coordinate the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, define time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new and existing product lines.
• Maintain records and reporting systems to ensure effective coordination of manufacturing operations.
