Engineer, ERP Systems

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Engineer, ERP Systems will be responsible for providing system supports to business users on ERP application systems on Hearts Of House (HOH) area,

maintaining and ensuring all various application systems operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assumes a regional role to provide ERP application systems (HOH) support across all Melco properties at various geographies.
• Respond to issues, inquiries and requests related to ERP Systems (HOH).
• Build knowledgebase to provide functional and technical guidance for Level 1 & Level 1.5 I.T. end user support team.
• Provide ERP application (HOH) and technical training as required.
• Work with vendors to ensure resolution for reported issues and service requests in accordance to agreed SLA and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in project implementation of any ERP applications (HOH), involving functional requirement gathering and technical specifications of the applications.
• Able to learn business application in depth and suggest improvement if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• 1 year of relevant Enterprise I.T. support experience is desired; fresh graduate with good attitude will be considered.
• Exposure and knowledge in functional areas such as Treasury, Consolidation, General Ledger, Account Payable, Financial planning, budgeting & reporting, and Supply Chain & Recipe Management will be an added advantage.
• Exposure and knowledge in SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Dynamics AX Finance/HR/Payroll and Supply Chain management systems will be an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business (Business Administration, Management, Computer Information Systems, or Accounting) or equivalent relevant qualifications.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to establish strong working relationships
• Conversant in English
